Position Description: Dollar Fulfillment is a rapidly growing third-party fulfillment company (3PL) for e-commerce brands with facilities in Tennessee and Idaho.

We are seeking to add a highly skilled, detail-oriented Accounting Specialist (located in Charlotte, NC) to our team! Dollar Fulfillment aims to offer an unrivaled customer experience to our clients from all aspects of our business. Our ideal candidate will go above and beyond to assist our clients and take a proactive approach to providing them with top-tier service.

Responsibilities:

• Create and Send Client Invoices in QuickBooks
• Collect outstanding Receivables from Clients in QuickBooks
• Process Vendor Invoices in Bill.com
• Properly classify expenses in QuickBooks from Bank Account and Credit Cards
• Create Month-end Journal Entries in QuickBooks
• Close Monthly Financial Statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement) and Update Financial Model with Actual Results (vs. Budget) in Excel
• Collect, record, and communicate key metrics (weekly and monthly) in Excel.
• Set-up new clients (i.e. payment form, QuickBooks Contact, etc.)
• Delete Retired Clients from internal software.
• Complete Quarterly and Annual Local, State and Federal filings
• Collaborate directly with coworkers to compile, analyze, and report financial data.
• Act as a liaison between accounting, staff, and our clients.
• Staying current on the company, local, state, and federal financial regulations, and policies.

Requirements:

• Expert QuickBooks skills
• Basic Excel skills (i.e. basic formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
• Strong understanding of account principles (i.e. able to tie out Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Balance Sheet, Accrual Accounting, etc.)
• Attention to detail.
